I'm an experienced General Contractor and have worked
for many years with steel footing forms, continually
innovating and improving the design.
I have developed - and use daily - Key Footings, my
top-quality footing system.

When I first began in the concrete industry, the footing systems I saw being used (the same ones today) were wasteful and labor intensive.  I began working with steel forms and continued to implement upgrades and changes through the years.  An example  - we used to use massive bolts to hold together the forms.  Now, we have streamlined our system so that our wedge key innovation allows speedy setup and break down with a light tap of a hammer.   We quickly pull off our steel forms, toss them in the truck and head for the next job.   That's just ONE example.

Developing this building system is in line with my previous business experience - I am a degreed Exploration Geologist, have been a Drill Manager on oil rigs in the Gulf, and have been a business analyst in corporations.   As a Drill Manager, I was in charge of the crew of 80 men who routinely pumped concrete 5 miles deep in the ground, to secure steel pipe.  I am a specialist with geologic materials (rock, gravel, sand, clay), construction expertise and
always using the best equipment possible.
